This application measures the magnitude of the magnetic field. The Tesla Meter will respond to a static magnetic field as well as the magnetic field radiated through the application of alternating current.
The research on the adverse biological effects in the presence of magnetic fields, whether static or alternating, is inconclusive, so its best to practice prudent avoidance. Low level magnetic fields are naturally generated by the Earth. Higher level magnetic fields are generated from microwave ovens as well as the clock radio next to your bedside.
Use this Tesla Meter to make a qualitative assessment of the strength of magnetic field exposure.

Of emf detector, radiation detector, metal/emf detector, it is the most simple to use and is quick to understand. I was not forced to rate it.
Within 5 minutes of downloading this app I found a motor that was not running correctly. The problem has been fixed with no down time. What a great app!!!
Not the greatest, but much better than any of the junk that the app store has
I used this app on the iPhone 5. Very reactive to magnetic fields. I love the timeline setting.
You can pick AC or DC and change units of measurement all on one screen. Theres also a time graph associated with it.
Some bad moments
It seems that this app can detect B sometimes, but it is inconsistent and not calibrated. Back to the drawing board.
Does nothing next to hair dryer which is very high EMF output.
Just bought, the dial only moves when u move the phone... THIS IS FAKE. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY
No compass! This device does not have the ability to measure magnetic fields! Well, you could have said that in the sales info! But no! You took my money and then told me! Rip off! Not even worth one star!
